We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives to call on businesses to help grow their business. This is a commission-only opportunity in which you will earn from 35% to 50% commission (the average earning ranges from $140.00 to $520.00 per sale) with the opportunity to earn several thousand dollars more in monthly bonus money. It is common for our sales representatives to make between $1,000 and $4,000 per week.

HomesinYourTown.com, the leader online real estate portal is looking for reps to market to the small business market,our new neighbor program. This program features town websites (ex HomesinRumson.com) where local business can be featured, along with email of new neighbors to business owners as they move in. If you are a self-managed sales professional, this is a great opportunity for you.

We have a complete training program and your commission is paid immediately after you make the sale. In addition we retain most of our advertisers so there will be additional income from renewals.Health insurance is available.

Our Direct Sales Representatives generate revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach to independent retail business owners through our unique prospecting methods that combine cold calling, leads and referrals. You will achieve your financial goals by utilizing the strong prospecting and closing skills you’ve learned over time.

RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
At least one year of outside, direct sales experience with a track record of closing sales. The ability to work independently since you will be responsible for your daily schedule and routine (we train you for the best results during your training period).

The ability to work on a commission-only basis – with the understanding that this truly does bring unlimited earning potential to you – as long as you are willing to do the work and follow the program.
